Successful applicants will then proceed to a final interview before receiving an offer.

Screening

Our candidate screening process is thorough and precise. After submitting an application, candidates undergo an initial resume review. Selected individuals are invited for a preliminary interview, followed by a secondary interview with the hiring team if applicable. Successful candidates proceed to an offer.

Phone Interview

Our Talent team will screen candidates and schedule an initial phone interview to evaluate the candidate’s experience and interest in the role for which they applied. If the phone interview is successful, the candidate proceeds to an in-person interview.

In-Person Interview

Candidates proceed to an in-person interview with our hiring team after the initial pre-screen with the Talent team.

Skill Assessment

Our caregivers are evaluated on their skills and competencies by our trained clinical team. During your first day, you will attend orientation where your skills will be evaluated. Our most common skills assessments confirm experience with G-Tube, Trach, and Ventilators.

Background and Reference Checks

All candidates will go through a background check and drug screen as part of Advanced Care Partners onboarding requirements. The successful passing of the background and drug screen ensures the employee meets our hiring requirements.

Job Offer

Once the candidate has completed the interview process, a verbal offer will be extended. A verbal offer is contingent on a formal offer once all onboarding requirements are met.

Onboarding

All candidates must successfully complete our onboarding requirements, including skills assessment, verification of licensure and credentials, background, drug screen, and HR requirements prior to becoming an ACP employee.
