Rob Monn

Director of Client Services 

I started with the ACP family in 2013.  I went to the University of Maryland and received my degree in Accounting, Computer Science, and Business. I came with a diverse background to ACP with 20 years of production and operations experience working with non-profits in the direct mail industry.  Having no healthcare experience, I jumped in feet first and started learning the industry while looking for ways to create time saving processes, improve customer service, and do what was needed to help ACP grow.

I now lead our scheduling team, manage recruiting, and help maintain compliance with state regulations all while staying focused on our family-centric approach to taking care of our patients and caregivers.  I take my leadership role outside the office as a Scoutmaster for a Boy Scout Troop, Production Assistant at my church, and Treasurer for his HOA.

I am married with 1 child and I live in Lawrenceville.  I love to be outside and growing my coin collection.

I love being with ACP and our team because the job is challenging, but also very rewarding.  It’s great to see the differences we make for our patients and families; it makes everything we do worthwhile.
