Oi! Tudo bom?
My name is Larissa and as you can tell I’m originally from Brazil! I have been in United States for two years and recently moved to Atlanta.
For being brazilian, two of my biggest challenges living here is getting used to the local food and dealing with the cold weather! If you don’t know much about Brazil, we have a great variety of fruits and the most delicious dishes that spread throughout the country and I bet they’d be able to please all the tastes. Our tropical climate suffers few changes during the year, for example, in my hometown it rains in almost every Christmas and this time of year we’re in the middle of summer! But It’s only a few times in which the sun and heat aren’t part of our days.
In my free time, I love to enjoy a good movie at home or go out to discover a new place. If you have any tips of cools places in Atlanta, I accept all the suggestions!
In a short time working at ACP, I could easily feel that we are a family that works together with what we believe and love. Being in touch with the children and the professionals who work with us makes us go beyond from just doing our jobs, we’re looking out for all these people to have the best experience with ACP!
