At ACP, we live to see these moments happen!
There is no bigger reward than seeing our patients no longer in need of our services. That means our job is done, well done!
This lovely boy has been part of our ACP family since 2013. Not only he has been decannulated, but he is also moving from Georgia in a few weeks. Of course, we wouldn’t miss the opportunity to celebrate his graduation and have a farewell party.
Jaycob celebrated his huge milestone with his family and a few members from ACP, including only Rob Monn (Director of Client Services), Chad Watson (On-boarding Manager), Erin Smith (Clinical Supervisor), and Sara Brewster, one of Jaycob’s long time nurses. We appreciate you Sara for your long-time commitment to Jaycob.
Jaycob’s journey is the reason why we do what we do. We provide the most caring, vigilant, and committed in-home care services for our patients, so we can see them grow happy and healthy.
We wish all the best for Jaycob and his entire family! We will miss you!
